Elite installation professionals are respectful of your time and your home, so installation day is stress-free.

  • The team leader will sit down with you and share the schedule for that day and answer any questions you may have.
  • The installation crew will move furniture away from the windows and doors to be replaced and cover the area with drop cloths.
  • The team leader will give you frequent updates on the progress of your replacement, but feel free to ask questions.
  • Upon completion of the job, the replacement team will vacuum the work area, replace furniture and haul your old windows and doors away.
  • Finally, the team leader will demonstrate the operation and care of your new products, give you any warranty information, and answer any final questions.

Paul Hornung

"Never lose the passion to strive for perfection."

Two little boysElite Window & Door was started back in 2002 by Paul Hornung and has been growing ever since. Upon graduating high school in 1998, Paul attended Youngstown State University, majoring in Computer Science, while also studying Business Management. During his second year enrolled, he found himself torn, between the constant rigors of work (window installation) and making ends meet, as well as balancing the curriculum of school. Paul decided with all the background in small business he had obtained over the years from his parents (Owners of Taste-n-Tell Bakery in Austintown), as well as a burning desire to succeed, to leave school and work toward the dream of owning his own business.

Giving his referrals time to build up and continuing to perfect his craft, he has subcontracted his services for some of the areas leading vinyl replacement window dealers. Learning plenty of positives, while also seeing plenty of negatives in the home improvement industry, Paul is able to pull from all areas and aspects of sales, service and installation, to provide a tried and true business model. Start with HONESTY, and the rest is easy. Every thought that goes into a customers job is, "what would I accept in my own home?"

Paul resides in Youngstown, Ohio with his beautiful wife Laura, and their son Chase Jonathon.
